10.20.07 / A Night of Beauty for Breast Cancer
The American Cancer Society and the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce partnered with Varji & Varji Salon and Spa, on October 18, 2007, for 'A Night of Beauty for Breast Cancer". Varji & Varji offered 30 minute services at a special price - 30 for $30. In addition to the services performed, food was donated from Earth Fare and there was wine, live music and complementary chair massages. To help with the fund raising, Varji & Varji raffled off a gift basket that included a haircut with Max Varji and Aveda hair and spa products. 20% of all services performed and 100% of the gift basket proceeds were donated to The American Cancer Society.
